The Creation of the SADEV Industries
SADEV Racing Transmission has outlined its ambitions in the Generation 2 project. These ambitions involve the creation of a group: the SADEV Industries.
The first objective is clear: accelerate the company's growth to strengthen its leadership position in the market. This primarily involves increasing production capacity to enhance responsiveness and continually satisfy its customers.
To achieve this, investments in production machinery, recruitment, training, and acquisitions of companies are key strategies. As a result, VADP (Portugal), Billard Engrenages (Saint-Étienne, France), T.A.M. Tunisie Applications Mécaniques, SERODEM (Calvados, France), and BESSIN RECTIFICATION have joined SADEV Racing Transmission to form the international industrial group, SADEV Industries. We have also established key strategic partnerships with Fortin Racing (United States) and CKP Engineering (Landes, France).
Development in New Markets Thanks to High-Precision Transmissions
These acquisitions serve a second purpose: to distribute high-precision transmissions to new markets.
To this end, the group draws on the expertise and experience of Billard Engrenages and Tunisie Applications Mécaniques in sectors such as nuclear, aerospace, industry, defense, motorsport, and mobility.
Billard Engrenages has 78 years of experience in manufacturing gears and grinding conical gears.
Its Tunisian subsidiary, T.A.M. Tunisie Applications Mécaniques, is established and recognized in the aerospace, petrochemical, railway, defense, and energy markets, and holds ISO 9001 certification.
These strengths will foster synergy between the group’s companies.
